The Roma Cultural Program of the Open Society Foundations' Arts and Culture Program is seeking to increase the number of high-quality applications from its region of activity.

For this purpose, the program wishes to hire a consultant whose task will be to provide mentoring services for individuals and/or organizations in order to facilitate the development of meaningful and well-designed project proposals corresponding to the program’s mission and goals.
