Analysis of the Impact of Affirmative Actions for Roma in High Schools, Vocational Schools and Universities, a Roma Education Fund Working Paper prepared with the GALLUP Organisation Romania, presents the results of an integrated analysis (qualitative, quantitative and document analysis) of the impact of the affirmative action for Roma in secondary and higher education institutions. The purpose of the report is to understand the effects of the implementation of affirmative action mechanisms and their impact upon beneficiaries and their communities.
