The overall aim of this conference is to present current employment policies and the extent to which these have contributed to reducing unemployment among Roma in the Decade countries. It will examine the impact of the economic and financial crisis as well as identify good practices and the measures necessary for their continued application.
To this end, the conference will focus on international and regional good practice in employment and employability, with a focus on "Decent Work for Roma." Particular emphasis will be placed on successful examples at the regional and national levels.
