This report from the Roma Civic Alliance of Romania is the basis for the Romanian contribution to Decade Watch: Results of the 2009 Survey, the third report from the Decade Watch initiative, which provides an assessment by 300 experts of progress toward Roma inclusion in 11 of the 12 countries participating in the Decade of Roma Inclusion. The Civic Alliance's report analyzes the results of a survey of 82 experts and decision-makers in Romania, both Roma and non-Roma, who are actively involved in Roma inclusion projects.
