The Roma Education Fund (REF) invites tenders for a research project on teacher absenteeism in Romania and its impact on Roma children in primary education. The Research Specification and Literature Review documents to guide applicants in preparing proposals can be downloaded at right and from the REF website.
The deadline for receipt of project proposals is September 30, 2010. All applications received after this date will not be reviewed and will not qualify for the competition.
