The Roma Education Fund announces an open call for applications for two positions on the National Selection Board for the REF Scholarship Program for Hungary.
The position is a short-term consultancy-based activity and subject to renewal.
Required skills, knowledge and experience
Candidates must:
- Hold an MA, PhD or equivalent degree
- Be citizens of Hungary
- Have at least two years of experience in the academic field or the NGO/GO field and have good knowledge of the Hungarian educational system
- Have excellent writing and oral skills in English and Hungarian
- Be willing to devote a considerable amount of time to familiarizing themselves with the applications/reports
- Be able to work in a multiethnic environment
- Have good knowledge of issues related to access to higher education for minorities in the region
Having knowledge of Roma education issues represents an advantage.
