The Roma Education Fund Scholarships Programme invites applications for its Roma International Scholar Programme (RISP), which is designed to partially support the international studies of Roma students who are citizens of Albania, Bosnia and Herzegovina , Bulgaria, Croatia, the Czech Republic, Hungary, Kosovo, Macedonia, Moldova, Montenegro, Romania, Russia, Serbia, Slovakia, Turkey or Ukraine. RISP provides support for students pursuing education outside their home country or  country of residence at the bachelor, master, PhD or postdoctoral level.
