Through Roma Eyes (2011)
[19:04 - English and Hungarian with English subtitles] On behalf of the "real-time news" website Storyful, journalist and filmmaker Mary Catherine Brouder travelled to Hungary to explore the experience of the Roma. She brought back a remarkable film offering a vivid, troubling but also joyful portrait of Roma lives. Her film begins with the story of the Balogh family, who were the victims of a deadly attack in August 2009.
